We'll definitely be back - highly recommend

The buffet style breakfasts were fantastic with a choice of just about anything you can think of and lots of vegetarian options too. We ate lunch down at the beach most days from the little snack van and the pizzas were above and beyond what you'd expect. Dinner however was a little less consistent, especially for veggies like myself. The buffet on the Oriental night was absolutely fantastic and we would all have been happy to eat that every day, but we appreciate that it may not have been everyone's choice. The rooms were lovely and freshly decorated with comfortable beds, clean towels daily and plenty of storage. The grounds were full of beautiful bushes and plants which were being attended to constantly, in fact the whole place was very well cared for. Lemon and Soul is by far and away the best all inclusive hotel we've stayed in for the reason that it didn't have the sometimes sterile impersonal feel to it that others can do. It felt more like a guest house which is more the type of accommodation we would go for out of choice.

There really wasn't much to complain about at all except a loo brush in the bathroom would have been handy, if we were to nit pick.

Wonderful

Great hotel, have stayed before, sad to see it so empty. Hotel staff were amazing, reception, restaurant, bar, cleaners, pool staff, really great. Food was good, room was good, Gala dinner on New Years eve was done really well, the fact it was 3 hotels together, well done to all the staff

All the extra costs, mini bar, orange juice, roof top bar, should be all included

Few compromises for an amazing price

The staff was super helpful, whenever we needed something we got the requested help at that moment. They are fluent in English and German. The beach is 6 minutes bus ride away which is really close to many amazing coral reefs. All together we were not expecting this high quality service for this price and we were happily surprised

The majority of the rooms are having door between them without any soundproofing at all. This means that you can easily hear what they are talking in the next room. However when we asked for a different room they were happy to give us a new one right away, but again with a door between two rooms, even though we specialty asked to have a room without it

It’s good place to stay for holiday have all what I want during my stay. Specially it’s clean place and clean good beach

The service staff kind. But not giving all guests the same service and smile only for some . Witch make them lost much opportunities to increase their cash tips. But also there were few very good give care in the swimming pool and the beach bar witch I was happy then I could made happy too.

Great Stay.

Everything for real; the staff is very welcoming and have good manners, and the rooms are comfortable with good room service. Also, the animation team is the best and is very entertaining. The shuttle to the beach is available at all times and takes only 5 min to the reach the beach. The food is wonderful with lots of varieties everyday specially the salad bar. Also, all of this for a great value of money.

Nothing at all except the pool wasn't heated.

This hotel is immaculate clean and the food was excellent lot’s of variety every day the staff were very pleasant and helpful and the beach was magnificent nice sands swimming was easily you just walk two to three meter and the water waiting for you excellent value for money.

Gardens were nice room was clean and view from our balcony was lovely see view also food was great.

We found it very nice , friendly and clean hotel. All the staff are so polite and helpful. The food was also good with alot of varieties The animation team members are very cheerful and nice , Specially Joy who is full of joy and fun minutes from all the attractions in Makadi bay . Beach is very clean and the beach bar is well served Special thanks to Mr Kadry , the manager who made our stay easy. we would book this place again in the future and recommend it to our friends and family

Exellent holiday thanks to this hotel to.

Spacious clean safe place, not pretentious, but have everything you needs for a relaxing holiday. The food was great a variation of choices, all the stuff is friendly, maybe the afternoon receptionists could be friendlier, but it is is forgotten now. The pools are nice and warm. Rooms modest spacious, clean, some faced the pool area and some on the garden. Being not direct on the beach is not problem, their is a shuttle buss goes every couple of minutes and the ride is max 5 min, the distance is walkable also, nice part of the beach crystal clear water a beach bar with snacks and drinks. I would definitely recommend and come back to this hotel.
